As part of this partnership, Corbell has acquired a majority stake in CUSA, marking a significant step in Corbell’s defined commercial flooring and building services strategy.
Founded in 1974, CUSA has established itself as a trusted contractor in the commercial flooring sector, known for delivering high-quality installations across a range of asset classes including high-rise residential towers, mid- and low-rise multifamily developments, corporate offices, hospitality venues, and senior living communities. With nearly five decades of operating history, CUSA has built enduring relationships with general contractors, developers, and property owners, underpinned by its highly experienced team of project and account managers along with in-house installation crews and trusted subcontractors.
This investment will enable CUSA to accelerate its regional expansion and enhance operational capacity to meet increasing demand, particularly amid the ongoing urban densification and multifamily housing boom in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Corbell’s capital and strategic support will also facilitate key investments in technology, infrastructure, and talent to support long-term scalability of the organization.
